These options can be added to any of our cruises or overnight stays at your request. Our Wine & Cheese Cruise can accommodate up to 12 guests.

They specialize in low production boutique wines that you won't find at any big box store or even at many local wine shops. They can provide special wine tastings to tantalize your palette while informing you about the unique qualities and history of the wine you are tasting.

Guy is a long term resident of San Diego. He spent twelve years in the banking and investment industry before developing a passion for wine. After one year of studying wine independently and becoming a Sommelier, Eric accepted a position at a local wine retailer eventually earning the title of General Manager. Guy leads the West Coast of Protocol Wine Studio and authentically embodies our philosophy of true wine culture: taste it, share it, live it.

Tina has over fifteen years experience in the food and wine industry, first as a pastry chef, than as the owner of an organic and vegan wedding cake company. After a life-altering wine-centric meal she decided the wine road was for her and took the path into the Court of Master Sommeliers wine program to became a Certified Sommelier. She most recently was wine buyer and manager for a San Diego wine retailer. Tina moves about the country with half time spent in Virginia where she nurtures Protocol Wine Studio’s East Coast clientele
